Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to Greek-speaking customers Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of client communications and action taken Identify and recommend improvements based on customer feedback Assist in onboarding and training new clients Stay informed about company products, services, and market trends Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
