As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and moderating user-generated content according to community standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Greek to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content accurately based on established policies and standards.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
• Work collaboratively with the moderation team to maintain and improve quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with company policies related to content moderation and online community engagement.

• Fluency in Greek (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective moderation decisions and team collaboration.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
