What is the role?

  • Hands-on Graphic Design Graduate role supporting agile and experimental Growth Hack projects across emerging products, categories, and channels.
  • Create fast, flexible, and cost-effective visual content outside of the core Hero Product portfolio.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop scalable content across digital platforms.
  • Gain exposure to growth marketing, agile campaign development, and performance-driven creative processes.
  • Contribute to exploring new content formats, lightweight production approaches, and scalable creative solutions.
  • Develop strong design, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills while learning Stokke’s brand systems and visual identity.
  • Based in Amsterdam, supporting both local and global growth initiatives.


Role Responsibilities

Growth Hack Content Creation

  • Support the design and production of visual content across digital channels.
  • Create adaptable assets for social media, paid media, e-commerce, landing pages, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Repurpose and optimise existing creative assets to maximise content efficiency and scalability.


Agile Campaign & Experimentation Support

  • Support small-scale campaigns, pilots, and creative testing initiatives with quick-turnaround assets.
  • Translate growth and marketing ideas into simple, effective visual executions.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, performance data, and campaign learnings.
  • Explore alternative and low-production content formats, including modular templates and UGC-style assets.


Production & Design Support

  • Execute design tasks under guidance from senior designers while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare digital artwork in line with technical and platform requirements.
  • Support asset versioning, resizing, localisation, and file organisation.


Collaboration & Learning

  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Creative teams across projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and feedback sessions.
  • Learn and apply Stokke’s brand guidelines, visual systems, and tone of voice.
  • Contribute creative ideas while continuously developing technical and design capabilities.


Who is suitable to apply?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, internships included.
  • Solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of digital design for social, web, and e‑commerce.
  • Interest in fast, experimental, and growth oriented creative work.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines.
  • Open, collaborative, and feedback‑driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
