What is the role?

  • As a Finance Graduate - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will act as a core analytical and execution support to the FP&A team.
  • Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and decision support activities across the business.
  • Hands-on, learning-focused role within a fast-paced and agile FP&A environment.
  • Designed to develop you into a well-rounded Finance Business Partner.
  • Combines strong financial analysis and modelling skills with cross-functional collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Gain broad exposure to how Finance supports decision-making across Commercial, Product & Marketing, Operations, and OPEX/CAPEX functions.
  • Support recurring planning and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights.
  • Translate financial and operational data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to improving FP&A processes, reporting tools, and ways of working.
  • Support the use of automation and AI to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business in a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Develop strong technical, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities within a dynamic finance function.


Role Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting

  • Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
  • Prepare variance analysis and performance insights across Actuals, Budget, and Forecast.
  • Assist with management reporting, dashboards, and maintaining data accuracy across reporting dimensions.


Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and HR teams.
  • Support senior Finance Business Partners with reporting, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.


Process Improvement & Data Management

  • Support the improvement and standardisation of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining BI dashboards and identifying workflow efficiencies.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve reporting quality, speed, and accessibility.


Team Collaboration

  • Support the wider FP&A team during month-end, budget, and forecast cycles.
  • Assist with financial models, data preparation, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, agile, and high-performing team culture.


Who is suitable to apply?

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and performance drivers (P&L, gross margin, cost base).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • High attention to data accuracy and consistency.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, structured, and solution‑driven.
  • Strong interest in automation, digital tools, and AI applications in Finance.
  • Fluent in English.
