As a German-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will be the key point of contact for German-speaking players, providing excellent support and ensuring an outstanding gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality support to German-speaking players through chat, email, and other communication channels. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve player issues efficiently and with empathy. Collect and communicate player feedback to help improve Riot Games’ products and services. Maintain thorough and accurate records of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize support processes and player experiences. Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base materials. Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is strongly preferred. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter). A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles and gaming communities. Previous experience in customer support or player support roles, ideally within the gaming sector, is valued. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with players. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
