Key Responsibilities Offer professional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document all interactions and technical problems thoroughly and accurately. Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance support processes and share customer insights. Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest product updates and support techniques. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; native proficiency is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Technical aptitude, with previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting preferred.
