Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems Maintain a customer-focused approach to enhance satisfaction and engagement Ensure professionalism and empathy in all customer communications Fluency in German and English, both oral and written. Native level proficiency is highly preferred. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
