In this position, you will provide essential back office support for gaming operations, focusing on German-speaking players and ensuring the highest quality support behind the scenes. As a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist, you will analyze player information, support front office activities, investigate complex player issues, and contribute to smooth gaming operations and compliance with internal policies. Responsibilities Deliver back office support and technical assistance tailored to German-speaking players Analyze player accounts and detect potential irregularities or concerns Collaborate effectively with front office teams and developers to resolve complex cases Monitor adherence to gaming policies and report compliance statuses Update player accounts and transactions accurately and promptly Maintain thorough documentation of cases, processes, and communications per company standards Participate in enhancing gaming support procedures to improve player experience Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
