German Customer Service for Digital Banking - Greece, Fully Paid Relocation

This role includes fully paid relocation, providing a seamless transition to work in an innovative and dynamic banking environment. As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support related to digital banking products and services. Your expertise will help customers navigate online banking platforms, resolve issues, and enhance their banking experience. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service in German for digital banking products and inquiries Assist customers with account queries, transactions, troubleshooting, and security concerns Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical and banking issues Stay updated on digital banking trends, products, and regulatory requirements Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
