Mercier Consultancy is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French Tech Support Specialist to join a leading online gaming platform based in Athens, Greece. This role comes with fully paid relocation, providing an exciting chance to live and work in a vibrant city while delivering top-level technical support to French-speaking gamers.

As a key member of the support team, you will assist users in troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. If you are passionate about gaming, technology, and customer service, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support in French to users of the online gaming platform
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to game performance, connectivity, account management, and platform features
Document reported issues and solutions clearly and promptly
Collaborate with development and engineering teams to escalate complex problems
Guide users on platform features and best practices to enhance their gaming experience
Stay updated on game updates, patches, and changes to gaming technology
Participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; please specify your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Strong passion for online gaming and familiarity with gaming platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate to Athens with full relocation support provided
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
