French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will deliver expert technical and customer support to French-speaking clients using iRobot products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting product issues, providing guidance on usage and maintenance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide technical support and assistance to French-speaking iRobot customers via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot devices Educate customers on product features, usage, and maintenance Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and resources Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
