Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a motivated French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. As a French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by delivering timely and effective technical support for iRobot products. Your professionalism and technical knowledge will directly contribute to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document customer cases and resolutions thoroughly.
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve customer support processes.
Engage in continuous learning regarding iRobot products and support methodologies.

Fluent in French (spoken and written); native proficiency preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Technical aptitude with experience in customer support or troubleshooting highly desirable.
Candidates must clearly indicate their native language and nationality in their CV and/or cover letter.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation package provided.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
