Provide feedback on content trends and user behaviors to optimize moderation strategies. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve moderation processes and quality. Stay informed about updated company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation. Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly. Strong communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive or challenging content professionally and discreetly. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a diverse cultural and work environment. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
