Your Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier customer support for Fitbit products to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
Troubleshoot device issues, provide detailed product explanations, and guide users to maximize their Fitbit experience.
Maintain thorough documentation of customer communications within the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases effectively.
Stay up-to-date with Fitbit product updates and continuously improve your knowledge through training.

Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
Clearly state your native language and nationality on your CV and/or cover letter.
Experience in customer support, preferably within technology or consumer electronics sectors, is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ready and willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation fully covered by the company.
