FLEMISH-SPEAKING SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – MICROSOFT CLOUD Malaga, Spain · Hybrid · Full-time (39h/week) · Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 · Start: ASAP ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Account Manager for Microsoft Cloud, you will be the strategic closer on the sales team — responsible for finalising deals, nurturing key accounts through the critical onboarding phase, and ensuring long-term client success. You will work with a portfolio of established SMB and mid-market clients, leveraging deep tech sales expertise to drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and close high-value deals across a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts - Guide clients through the onboarding phase, ensuring smooth adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions - Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders - Identify expansion opportunities — upsell and cross-sell across the Microsoft portfolio - Develop account plans aligned to each client's business goals and growth trajectory - Collaborate with SDR and Solution Specialist teams to ensure pipeline quality and handover efficiency - Maintain accurate forecasting and account data in the CRM system - Act as a senior reference point within the sales team, sharing best practices and supporting peers REQUIREMENTS - C2 level of Flemish (Belgian Dutch) and C1 level of English — written and spoken - 3 to 6 years of proven experience in tech sales — background in other industries is not accepted for this role - Strong track record of closing complex B2B deals and managing strategic accounts - Experience with Microsoft Cloud or equivalent enterprise technology solutions is a strong advantage - Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills - Confident, competitive, and results-driven with a consistent history of exceeding revenue targets - High proficiency with CRM platforms and forecasting tools - Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card) WHAT WE OFFER - Full-time hybrid contract based in Malaga - Competitive salary + performance bonus - Relocation bonus for candidates moving to Malaga - Private medical insurance - Referral programme — earn up to €2,000 per successful referral - Ongoing training, Microsoft certifications, and clear career progression - International, multicultural work environment
