WE ARE LOOKING FOR DUTCH OR FLEMISH-SPEAKING CANDIDATES AS SOLUTION SPECIALIST – MICROSOFT CLOUD Malaga, Spain · Hybrid · Full-time (39h/week) · Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 · Start: ASAP ABOUT THE ROLE As a Solution Specialist for Microsoft Cloud, you will act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for small and medium-sized businesses exploring cloud transformation. Combining deep technical knowledge with consultative sales skills, you will drive the full sales cycle — from product demonstrations to deal closure — while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Microsoft Cloud portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive the full sales cycle for Microsoft Cloud solutions — from needs assessment and product demonstration to negotiation and closure - Act as the technical expert for SMB clients, advising on cloud architecture, migration paths, and solution fit - Identify and maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client portfolio - Conduct product demos and present tailored cloud solutions aligned to each client's technical and business requirements - Stay current with Microsoft Cloud developments, pricing, and competitor offerings - Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in the CRM system - Collaborate with SDR and Account Manager teams to ensure a smooth client journey REQUIREMENTS - C2 level of Dutch/Flemish and C1 level of English — written and spoken - Solid, demonstrable experience with cloud solutions — specifically Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS (mandatory; other technology backgrounds are not accepted for this role) - Proven track record in a technical-sales or pre-sales role — minimum 2 years - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders - Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills - Experience managing and growing an SMB client portfolio - Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools - Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card) WHAT WE OFFER - Full-time hybrid contract based in Malaga - Competitive salary + performance bonus - Relocation bonus for candidates moving to Malaga - Private medical insurance - Referral programme — earn up to €2,000 per successful referral - Ongoing training, Microsoft certifications, and clear career progression - International, multicultural work environment
