Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a premier digital solutions provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting the world's largest search engine, you will provide non-technical troubleshooting and customer care for popular digital products, services, and platforms (including Google Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies). Location City: Sofia Country: Bulgaria Your Role & Responsibilities Deliver professional, high-quality customer care and non-technical troubleshooting, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction rates. Master and efficiently utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and internal customer service tools. Engage customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries within agreed SLAs by using a comprehensive knowledge base and established protocols. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, exchange knowledge, and contribute positively to team dynamics. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English . Core Competencies: Strong active listening, interpersonal abilities, and a deeply customer-focused mindset. Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts clearly. Adaptability: Quick learner who embraces change, follows structured guides/processes, and maintains composure under pressure. Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. Shifts & Working Hours Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 - 19:00 , Monday to Friday. Note: Flexible contract conditions, such as temporary employment and part-time options, are also available. Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary: ā¬1,740 Gross per month.
