Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia with fully paid relocation. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between the customers and the company, offering expert assistance and solutions to Dutch-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to Dutch-speaking customers via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products promptly and effectively.
Ensure customer queries are handled in a friendly and efficient manner, enhancing their overall experience.
Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to share insights and drive improvements in support processes.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on iRobot product developments and support best practices.

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; native proficiency preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills related to consumer electronics or similar products.
The candidate's native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in CV and/or Cover Letter.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation package provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
