Responsibilities Provide dedicated customer support to Dutch-speaking clients Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions Identify opportunities to improve the quality of customer service Support onboarding and training activities for new clients Stay informed of company products, services, and industry trends Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
