About this role

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Food Delivery Platform, based in Greece. In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to their food delivery experiences.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate the platform, address order-related questions, and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable food delivery experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries
  • Assist customers with ordering, modifications, cancellations, and tracking their deliveries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure timely service
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and address any areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on food delivery trends and promotions to inform customers effectively
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Passionate about food and providing excellent customer experiences
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
