Mercier Consultancy MD invites motivated German-speaking Customer Care Representatives to join a leading Booking Platform. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your language skills and customer service expertise while experiencing the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Greece enabled by a fully paid for relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, policies, and relevant travel industry developments.
  • Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
  • Previous experience in customer care, preferably within travel, booking, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and booking platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness and readiness to relocate to Greece with the benefit of a fully paid relocation package.
