Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Provide detailed information on travel packages, booking procedures, and policies. Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests effectively and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences for customers. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide informed assistance. Exceptional in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with CRM software and travel booking systems is a plus.
