Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate Dutch user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Assess content according to established policies and provide constructive feedback. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content. Collaborate with moderation teams to improve content quality standards. Monitor content trends and contribute insights to enhance moderation strategies. Exceptional fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Candidates must have at least B2 proficiency in English. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines. Ability to handle sensitive or challenging content professionally. Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is beneficial.
