Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding digital products and services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the company’s digital solutions and updates to provide accurate information to clients. Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues efficiently. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or digital sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office products. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
