Mercier Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Danish-Speaking Fintech Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fully paid relocation package to help you transition smoothly to this exciting position. As a Fintech Customer Support Analyst, you will provide expert assistance to Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to financial technology products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Analyze and resolve customer issues related to fintech products and services Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and troubleshoot complex problems Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in support systems Provide feedback to product and development teams to enhance customer experience Stay informed about industry trends and fintech innovations Maintain a customer-centric approach and promote positive client relationships Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
