Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative – Streaming & Entertainment Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global digital services leader in Lisbon, Portugal. Supporting an exciting project within the streaming and entertainment sector, you will provide outstanding assistance to users regarding their accounts, subscriptions, and streaming setups. This role is ideal for empathetic individuals who love media technology and want to thrive within a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Location City: Lisbon Country: Portugal Your Role & Responsibilities Provide high-quality, omni-channel customer support to users via phone, chat, email, and social media platforms. Assist customers with seamless account creation, login troubleshooting, and day-to-day subscription management. Investigate and troubleshoot technical streaming issues, application errors, and connectivity problems across multiple devices. Guide users through billing inquiries, payment processing queries, and structural service changes (such as subscription pauses, cancellations, and plan renewals). Document all interactions with precision, maintaining detailed and accurate customer relationship records. Identify recurring user issues and report customer feedback trends to internal teams to help improve platform functionality. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Danish (C2 level) accompanied by a good command of English (B2 level) . Core Competencies: Strong active listening, clear communication skills, and an empathetic, customer-oriented approach. Adaptability: Ability to stay calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center settings is preferred, but not mandatory. Flexibility: Comfortable working a rotational schedule that includes weekend shifts. Shifts & Working Hours Schedule: Full-time hours operating on a rotating shift schedule that includes weekend work based on streaming traffic and project demands. Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary Options: €1,358.00 Gross per month (with permanent company-provided accommodation included). €1,620.50 Gross per month (without company-provided accommodation). Bonuses: Access to a performance-based incentive bonus structure. Allowances: Comprehensive meal allowance. Health Coverage: Private health insurance plan included. Relocation Support Complete relocation support is available for international candidates moving to Portugal.
