Key Responsibilities Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community standards. Apply company policies accurately to classify content and make moderation decisions. Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the appropriate teams promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes and strategies. Provide feedback and insights on content trends and user behavior. Stay updated on the latest company policies and guidelines related to content moderation. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous content moderation experience or similar is preferred. High attention to detail and consistency in applying moderation guidelines. Strong communication skills to effectively explain moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally. Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and work environment. Self-motivated, capable of working independently while contributing as part of a team.
