Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer support for Dyson products to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Use CRM and company systems to log and manage customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to learn and use CRM and related tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
