Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to fintech products and services. Collaborate with technical and product teams to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and problem resolutions. Stay informed about fintech industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance. Assist in developing and refining support processes and documentation. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
