D365 Application Specialist Manufacturing

Are you ready to shape how our manufacturing teams work with modern digital tools? As our D365 Application Specialist - Manufacturing, you'll play a key role in deploying, improving, and supporting our D365FO solution across the entire EMEA region, with specific focus on our Chomutov site. You'll be part of our ERP project core team, partnering with the business, challenging old processes, bringing best practices, and helping people get the most out of our systems. This is a hybrid role with 4 days/week worked on-site in Chomutov.

What you'll do

• Support D365FO implementation activities including fit/gap analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities, working closely with the ERP project team and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business owners and key users to support alignment with the core model, standard D365FO functionality, and manufacturing best practices.
• Deliver ongoing support for both the template and local implementations to ensure long-term system stability and adoption.
• Provide on-site hardware support in Chomutov in collaboration with the European IT team.
• Facilitate workshops, testing sessions, and training moments with project teams and end users.
• Create user-friendly materials such as guides, documents, and video tutorials to grow system knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA to continuously improve processes and tools.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years working with D365 or another ERP application in manufacturing environments with a strong hands-on knowledge of Production, Planning, and Products modules (configuration, data, processes). Knowledge of additional D365FO modules (e.g., Warehouse) is a plus.
• Experience participating in successful ERP implementations.
• The ability to translate business needs into clear, logical technical solutions.
• Confidence in running workshops, leading discussions, and supporting decision-making.
• Experience collecting and challenging business requirements (gaps, workarounds).
• Solid organizational skills for managing testing activities and building test scenarios (automated testing is a plus).
• Excellent professional English skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI or production/manufacturing environments is welcome.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities-you enjoy helping others understand systems and processes.
