In this role, you will serve as a trusted liaison for the Czech gaming community, providing timely assistance and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Your enthusiasm for gaming and superior communication skills will be key to building a positive player environment. Responsibilities Offer high-quality support to Czech-speaking players through various channels including email, chat, and social media Diagnose and resolve gameplay, account, and technical issues efficiently Keep detailed records of player interactions and support queries Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex problems and improve player satisfaction Collect and share player feedback with Riot Games development teams for continuous improvement Foster a welcoming and supportive community through professional player engagement Stay informed about the latest game updates, features, and Riot Games products Successful candidates will receive full relocation assistance to Sofia, Bulgaria. Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
