This role allows you to work in a vibrant city while ensuring a safe and positive online environment for Czech-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in line with community standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Czech to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately classify content and apply moderation policies consistently.
• Identify and report any inappropriate or policy-violating content to relevant teams.
• Provide insights on user behavior and content trends to help improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance content moderation processes.
• Stay updated on company policies and best practices related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
