In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers and partners , mainly handling after-sales inquiries across phone, chat, and email. You’ll support customers with order issues, payments, deliveries, and more—often resolving complex or escalated cases. Work Model Fully remote within Greece , with relocation support provided to help you settle in Thessaloniki. Key Responsibilities Provide support via phone, chat, and email Handle after-sales inquiries (orders, invoices, complaints) Resolve delivery issues, lost items, and payment concerns Manage warranty claims and partner-related queries Handle escalated cases with professionalism Use multiple tools and systems to investigate and resolve issues Requirements Dutch: C1 level or higher English: B2 level or higher Strong computer skills and ability to multitask Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus (up to 15%) Full relocation support with phased bonuses: €400 after 3 months €400 after 6 months €400 after 9 months Accommodation bonus: €150/month (first year) Remote work flexibility Initial 8-month contract with extension potential Career development opportunities (QA, Training, Mentorship roles) Application Requirements Updated CV Availability for full-time work
