Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues with care and efficiency. Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Accurately document each client interaction in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and improve overall customer experience. Identify process improvement opportunities based on client feedback and discussions. Stay updated on product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Experience in customer support or a similar field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer software. Enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
