Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Start Date: 30 April 2026 Job Overview We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish and English to join a leading e-commerce support team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist customers, ensure a high-quality service experience, and represent one of the most recognized e-commerce platforms. Schedule Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotational shifts) Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Later stage (TBC by client): 24/7 operation (Monday to Sunday) with rotational shifts. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat. Maintain strong knowledge of e-commerce products and service standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Demonstrate empathy and rational decision-making when assisting customers. Manage high contact volumes, especially during promotional seasons. Requirements Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written). Strong customer service and communication skills . Good understanding of e-commerce environments . Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle peak workloads. Salary & Compensation Base Salary: 920€ (paid over 14 months) Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day (~45€ over 11 months) Welcome Bonus: 1000€ (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year) Benefits Health insurance from Day 1 (employee contribution required; free after 6 months).
