We are currently hiring Content Moderators to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with platform policies and community standards. You will work with text, images, videos, and other online content while contributing to the quality and integrity of digital communities. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates who wish to move to Portugal. Important: Only candidates with the required language skills and legal authorization to work in Portugal will be considered. Candidates must already hold EU citizenship, a valid residence permit, or a valid work permit. No visa sponsorship is available. Remote opportunities, if available, also require candidates to reside in Portugal. ENGLISH Responsibilities Review user-generated content including text, images, videos, comments, profiles, and advertisements. Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines. Identify and remove content that violates established standards. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams. Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and productivity. Document moderation decisions according to internal procedures. Support the safety and integrity of online communities. Monitor trends and identify potential content risks. Collaborate with internal departments to improve moderation processes. Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives. Handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly. Meet daily and weekly performance targets. Requirements Ukrainian language proficiency at C1 level. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. Minimum 1 year of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Social Media Review, Online Operations, or a similar field. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to follow policies and make objective decisions. Comfortable working with digital platforms and online tools. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
