Job Details Position: Customer Support (Croatian Market) Location: Athens, Greece available onsite or remote Shift: Rotational 8-hour shifts between 09:00 and 19:00 Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days/week) Contract Type: Permanent Monthly Salary: 1,200 Salary Structure: Paid over 14 months per year Additional Compensation & Benefits: 2 extra salaries (Summer & Easter bonuses) Christmas bonus included Meal allowance provided 3 weeks of fully paid hotel accommodation upon arrival 300 relocation bonus Full assistance with legal hiring documents and local registration About the Role Join our team as a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Agent , based in Athens or working remotely within Greece. You'll be part of a friendly, international team dedicated to helping travelers and accommodation partners enjoy smoother, happier experiences every day.
