YOU WILL RECEIVE 1200 HIRING BONUS!*** Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients through various communication channels Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and effectively Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience Educate customers on products and services to enhance engagement Collect customer feedback for continuous service improvement Participate in training and development programs Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
