Content Moderator with Danish and English

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the quality of user-generated content across platforms while ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Your expertise will help create a safe and engaging online environment for Danish-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community standards and guidelines. Respond to user inquiries regarding moderation policies and provide necessary support. Identify and report any harmful or inappropriate content, escalating issues as required. Monitor content trends and user behaviors to improve moderation practices. Collaborate with internal teams to refine community guidelines and enhance user experience. Document moderation actions to maintain accurate records for audits and performance feedback. Participate in training sessions to keep updated on best practices and moderation tools. Fluency in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred. Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities. Ability to approach sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy. Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage content-related challenges.
