招聘一位:人事行政兼出纳。
Hiring: Cashier & HR Admin (Chinese-speaking)
Job Location: Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate financial records.
- Support invoice processing, receipts, and basic accounting tasks; coordinate with HQ HR and Finance teams.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, supplies, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and documents.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
- Currently based in the UAE.
Salary Budget: AED 6000 – 7500 per month + employment visa & medical insurance + 30 days paid annual leave & return air tickets + 2 days off per week.
