Business Systems Manager (NetSuite) | Southern Los Angeles | Onsite (relocation assistance provided)

We're partnering with a well-established consumer brand undergoing a significant ERP and operational transformation initiative and are seeking a Business Systems Manager to play a key role in the evolution of their NetSuite environment.

This position offers the opportunity to join a growing internal technology team and help shape the future state of business operations, supply chain processes, inventory management, and system architecture across a global organization.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operational teams, and implementation partners, helping ensure systems, processes, and data structures are scalable, efficient, and aligned with long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key owner of the NetSuite platform and supporting business systems
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and external consulting partners to design scalable business solutions
• Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of NetSuite across multiple business functions
• Evaluate and improve end-to-end business processes including procurement, inventory management, order management, fulfillment, and logistics
• Drive solution design discussions, process mapping workshops, and operational improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, automation, reporting, and data management requirements
• Establish governance, documentation, SOPs, and best practices to support long-term platform success
• Contribute to future roadmap planning across ERP, supply chain, inventory, and operational technology initiatives

• Supply Chain Planning
• Demand Planning
• Logistics
• Ability to balance business requirements with scalable solution architecture
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working alongside implementation partners, consultants, and business leadership teams

Particularly Relevant Backgrounds

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience within NetSuite consulting, managed services, solution architecture, or implementation organizations.

Up to $160,000 base salary plus bonus
