Sales Development Representative (Enterprise / Strategic Deals)
Overview
We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed insurance technology company building at the intersection of AI and enterprise services. This team is redefining how large institutions operate and is already closing high-value, complex deals early in its lifecycle.
This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing team and play a critical role in building pipeline for $500K+ ACV enterprise contracts. You’ll work directly with experienced operators and leadership, with real exposure to strategic selling and deal cycles from day one.
What You’ll Do
• Drive outbound pipeline generation targeting large enterprise accounts
• Engage senior stakeholders across complex organizations
• Partner closely with sales leadership to support strategic deals
• Build and refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
• Learn and contribute to enterprise sales cycles with long-term deal ownership
• Operate in a highly iterative, fast-paced environment
• Think: lots of cold calls, moving quickly, this is not a sit back and chill desk role

• Interest in enterprise sales and complex deal environments
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
• Scrappy, proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience in outbound sales or high-growth environments is a plus

Ideal Background
• Max 1-2 years of professional experience; strong tenure in full-time roles preferred
• SDR, BDR, GTM, or early sales experience in SaaS or startups
• Open to non technical backgrounds if you are scrappy
• Interest in enterprise or strategic sales (vs. high-volume SMB)
• Experience selling into complex organizations is a plus
• Executive presence and communication/presenting is huge
• Strong internship backgrounds are encouraged - no new grads - 1+ years of experience
Logistics
- 5x a week on site
- base salary $80 - $100k - OTE ~$200k
- Happily accept visa transfers for top candidates
