As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in Bulgarian to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Bulgarian, ensuring adherence to community standards. Classify and assess content accurately based on company policies and guidelines. Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to support and improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation procedures and maintain high quality standards. Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Bulgarian (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being a team player.
