In this role, you will be a crucial part of a leading social media platform’s content moderation team, responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of user-generated content. You will help maintain community standards and provide a positive user experience for Danish-speaking users while enjoying the benefits of relocating to vibrant Sofia. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate content submitted by users to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies. Interact with users by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on content moderation standards. Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant internal teams. Monitor content trends and user activities to enhance moderation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine community guidelines and improve user safety. Document and maintain accurate records of moderation actions for reporting and quality assurance. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and best practices in content moderation. Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred. Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses fully covered by the company. Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to manage content-related challenges efficiently.
