Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Arabic-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Arabic-speaking clients, providing tailored customer solutions that meet their needs and enhance their overall experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Arabic-speaking clients Understand and analyze client requirements to deliver tailored solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions offered Identify opportunities for service improvement based on client feedback Assist with onboarding and training new clients Stay informed of company products, services, and industry trends Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
