Workday Reporting, Integration & Testing Consultant

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting, Integration & Testing Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM reporting, testing, dashboards, and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience working with multiple Workday customers and demonstrate deep functional knowledge across various Workday modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Perform functional, integration, and system testing for Workday applications, reports, and dashboards.
• Create and manage system test environments for development and enhancement projects.
• Develop complex reports including:

Advanced Reports

Matrix Reports

Composite Reports

BIRT Reports

• Design and optimize calculated fields for workforce and payroll analytics.
• Build executive dashboards using:

Scorecards

Discovery Boards

Prism Analytics

• Optimize Workday report performance and usability.
• Implement secure RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) reports for downstream integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
• Conduct report security audits and access validation activities.
• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests related to Workday reporting.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Strong experience in Workday Report Building.
• Hands-on experience in Workday application testing including:

Functional Testing

Report Testing

Dashboard Testing

Integration Testing

• Experience working with multiple Workday implementations/customers.
• Strong Workday HCM functional knowledge.
• Expertise in:

Workday Reporting

Report Builder

Custom Reports

XSLT

RaaS Reports

• Experience developing:

Advanced Reports

Matrix Reports

Composite Reports

BIRT Reports

• Knowledge of at least 2–3 Workday functional areas:
