Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Help Desk Associate to join Fullcrhum Bio Tech Ltd, a leading company in the Architecture/Planning industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and interact with clients to address their inquiries and concerns, making this position vital to our company's success. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to products or services. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Assist in creating help desk resources and FAQs for customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot common customer issues. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
