Job Summary
Plan, manage and deliver video projects from initial concept through to final sign-off, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative solutions. Coordinate with external partners, contributors and filming locations to organise shoots, manage logistics and ensure all filming requirements are met.
Capture high-quality video content across a range of external locations and transform footage into engaging, audience-focused content. Ensure all video outputs align with project objectives, brand guidelines and agreed delivery timescales.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, taking ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and managing all stages of the production process. Some experience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, would be highly desirable.
This role involves regular travel, including frequent visits to Central London and locations across the UK. The successful candidate should be comfortable travelling independently and occasionally working outside of standard office hours to meet project needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications teams to plan, shoot, edit and deliver high-quality video content.
Coordinate with customers, service users and external partners to arrange filming activity, locations and logistics, securing all required permissions and consents.
Bring creativity, attention to detail and a passion for storytelling, capturing engaging content and confidently directing contributors where required.
Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications to edit high quality video content for use across social media, websites, internal communications and events.
Be adaptable in your approach to content creation, producing both high-quality corporate video using Canon cinema equipment and social first content using mobile devices for fast-turnaround projects.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualification in videography or related subject (desirable)
Experience of delivering video content within a large, professional organisation, working effectively with a range of stakeholders and navigating corporate processes and priorities.
Experience of independently setting up and operating camera, lighting and audio equipment for professional interview and talking-head style video productions.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro.
Experience of creating motion graphics using After Effects is highly desirable.
