About the RoleCS FOR ALL is hiring a creative, disciplined, and growth-oriented Video Editor for a full-time remote position.
You will be responsible for editing educational, career-focused, promotional, and social media content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
We are looking for someone who understands modern video editing, can work consistently, responds well to feedback, and is willing to improve their skills over time.
Key Responsibilities- Edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form educational, promotional, and YouTube videos when required.
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, graphics, and other visual elements.
- Convert raw footage into engaging, polished, and platform-appropriate videos.
- Maintain consistency with the company’s visual identity and content style.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams regarding requirements and deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the team.
- Organize project files, raw footage, exported videos, and other editing assets.
- Stay updated with editing techniques, social media formats, and content trends.
- Deliver assigned videos within the agreed timelines.
Required Skills- Working knowledge of at least one professional video-editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
- Understanding of video pacing, storytelling, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and visual presentation.
- Ability to edit both vertical and horizontal video formats.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and incorporate feedback.
- Good time-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Access to a reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection.
Experience with motion graphics, thumbnail design, colour correction, or basic graphic design will be an advantage.
Freshers may apply if they have strong editing skills, relevant sample work, and a serious willingness to learn.
Employment Details- Employment type: Full-time

- Initial salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Performance review: After the first two months
Based on demonstrated learning, editing quality, consistency, performance, ownership, and dedication, the salary may be revised up to ₹20,000 per month after the initial review period.
Further salary growth may be provided over time based on sustained performance, responsibilities, and contribution to the organisation.
The salary revision is performance-based and is not automatic or guaranteed.
