TDS Global Solutions is partnering with a global customer experience and outsourcing organization seeking a strategic Practice Lead focused on the Utilities, Energy, and Home Services sector. This role is designed for a commercially minded industry leader who can combine deep vertical expertise with strategic account management, operational insight, and consultative client leadership. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients while driving organic account growth, supporting solution development, and strengthening long-term strategic partnerships. This is not a traditional sales-hunting role. Instead, the organization is seeking a strategic relationship leader capable of expanding existing client partnerships and influencing enterprise growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership Own and grow a portfolio of Utilities, Energy, and Home Services client relationships Develop strategic account plans focused on organic growth and account expansion Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-functional support, and operational optimization Build executive-level relationships across enterprise client organizations Industry Expertise & Solution Support Serve as the internal and external SME for the Utilities / Energy / Home Services vertical Provide expertise related to customer operations, billing support, customer care, field service coordination, and utility customer experience Translate industry trends and operational challenges into scalable solutions Support executive client presentations and strategic discussions Commercial Growth & Solutioning Partner with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams on strategic growth initiatives Support client onboarding, solution development, and market positioning efforts Influence new business pursuits through industry expertise and consultative leadership Help shape service offerings aligned to evolving market demands Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate across commercial, operational, and executive leadership teams Navigate operational trade-offs while maintaining strong client outcomes Influence internal stakeholders without direct authority Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 5+ years of experience within BPO, customer operations, outsourcing, or service-based environments Strong experience in strategic account management, client partnerships, or commercial growth leadership Deep expertise within Utilities, Energy, and/or Home Services environments Experience supporting complex enterprise client relationships Preferred Experience Experience working within both client-side and outsourcing/provider environments preferred Strong understanding of customer operations, staffing models, and service delivery structures Experience supporting enterprise-level operational and CX initiatives Professional Skills Strong commercial and strategic mindset Executive presence and strong communication skills Ability to proactively identify and drive growth opportunities Strong operational and business acumen Collaborative leadership style with a solutions-oriented approach Compensation & Location Base salary approximately $140,000–$180,000 USD Corporate bonus structure Remote / home-based role within North America Approximately 20% travel
